We are looking for a highly motivated, technical Junior Account Manager to work alongside our Senior Account Manager to drive sales opportunities and engage and assist customers throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be a positive people person who is resourceful, technical, adaptable, and organized who isn't afraid of meeting and talking to new people. Responsibilities: Assist upper-level management in managing new and existing accounts Assist with facilitating the process from candidate submissions, coordinating interviews with the client, and maintaining client relationships Develop business opportunities by using strategic sales tactics, including relationship building, warm and cold calls, and using various platforms to Training in both recruitment and sales to gain knowledge on the staffing process Familiarize yourself with technical skills to easily qualify candidates and find the best fit for the position Collaborate with recruiting team members on initiatives and hiring needs Gain exposure to many top notch and exclusive clients within the tech, fire protection and aerospace and defense industries Assist Sales Team as needed.
