- Gerer un groupe compose de 20 a 30 chauffeurs-livreurs;
- Proceder a des observations et fournir de la retroaction sur les taches realisees par les employes;
- Maintenir une bonne communication au quotidien avec le service de la repartition;
- Faire en sorte que les delais de livraison soient respectes au quotidien;
- Travailler de maniere proactive avec les representants des ventes et l'equipe des operations de l'entrepot pour comprendre les besoins des clients et de l'effectif de vente;
- Poursuivre l'amelioration des processus pour accroitre encore davantage la productivite des livraisons et assurer le suivi des unites de mesure;
- Veiller au respect des normes de securite du Ministere des Transports et de PBC;
- Organiser des reunions d'equipe et des formations a propos de la securite pour faire en sorte que les mesures preventives requises soient appliquees.
- Etre disponible pour travailler de septembre 2026 a la fin decembre 2026 (4mois)
- Avoir termine sa deuxieme ou troisieme annee en Administration des affaires, Logistique ou autre domaine pertinent
- Reussite academique avec aptitude demontree a entreprendre simultanement d'autres projets
- Capacite de resolution de probleme avec une attitude positive face aux defis
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite et capacite a interagir avec aisance avec des collegues de tous les echelons de l'organisation, des employes des premieres lignes aux directeurs
