Mazda de Boucherville is looking for an Apprentice Mechanic/Technician who is passionate about cars and eager to develop their skills as part of a dynamic and experienced team.
Job Description
As an Apprentice Mechanic/ Apprentice Technician, you will actively participate in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of Mazda vehicles. You will work in a modern, learning-oriented environment, supported by experienced technicians and with access to ongoing training on Mazda technologies.
Your contributions will help ensure repairs are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards while providing quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret repair orders, technical diagrams, and workshop manuals.
Perform basic mechanical maintenance and assist technicians with diagnostic and repair work.
Keep the workshop organized and clean while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with experienced technicians to meet repair deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in training offered by Mazda as well as in workshop development activities.
Desired Profile
Open to apprentice mechanics and automotive mechanics students; no prior experience required.
Eagerness to learn, curiosityTechnical skills and a strong interest in vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Team player, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.
Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics; familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is a plus.
