We are currently seeking a highly motivated entry level and experienced New/Used Car Salesperson to join our team at Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. In this role, you will not only be responsible for creating an exceptional buying experience for our customers but will also manage your deals and gain proficiency in finance management and sales management aspects. A strong social media presence will be a significant advantage when applying for this position.

- Greet and engage customers professionally, understanding their needs and preferences

- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits based on customer requirements

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, as well as competitor models

- Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best meets their needs and budget

- Develop and maintain a strong online presence to drive sales through social media and other digital channels

- Manage every aspect of the sales process, from initial customer engagement to finance management and deal closings

- Create and implement compelling financing solutions tailored to individual customer needs

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
