To that end we are seeking for a Help Desk Administrator to provide "Help Desk" services and assist users with application-related and equipment-related problems. Great entry level IT opportunity for the right person!

What you will do:

  • Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely manner.
  • Assist with hardware installations and software implementations.
  • Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

What you will bring:

  • Associate degree in computer-related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Current IT certifications (i.e., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in a networking environment.
  • Ability to assess issues and determine priority.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Citrix and Virtual Environments preferred.
