  • Respond promptly and professionally to support requests
  • Maintain a positive and solutions-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments

Process Improvement & Organization

  • Manage daily schedules, travel, and priorities independently
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and technology processes
  • Maintain organized inventory, tools, and equipment
  • Follow company IT standards, procedures, and documentation requirements

Facilities Support

  • Assist with light facilities and maintenance tasks, including replacing dental chair lights, replacing office lighting, mounting equipment and devices and other basic facilities-related tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors or facilities personnel as needed

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for a multi-site environment
  • Experience installing and supporting computers, workstations, monitors, printers, and networking equipment
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Duo MFA, networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
