Job Purpose:

  • Supports technical integration activities across systems and platforms used by company.
  • Assists with configuration, issue resolution, and operational support for integrations that enable business process continuity and data flow.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports technical integration tasks across applications and systems.
  • Assists with troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of integration points.
  • Works with technical teams to resolve issues affecting data flow or system connectivity.
  • Maintains technical records and documentation related to supported integrations.
  • Supports operational stability and issue follow-up activities.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in technical support, systems integration, or application support roles.
  • Basic understanding of interfaces, data movement, or system connectivity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and support coordination skills.
  • Ability to work within established procedures and technical guidance.
