We believe talent deserves a human touch. Your application will be read by an actual person who's excited to discover the real you.

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Technologies Company, is a people-driven IT organization looking for creative, self-accountable professionals.

We don't just solve technical issues. We focus on understanding the real problem first. That means asking questions, listening, and taking a thoughtful, consultative approach instead of jumping straight to solutions.

  • Previous Managed Service Provider experience supporting multiple client engagements

  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to execute with precision while juggling multiple projects and priorities

  • The desire to work as part of a team and act as a mentor to others

  • The ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical people at all levels of client organizations

  • Critical thinking aptitude and troubleshooting experience

  • Empathy for our customers and what they're going through

  • Curiosity about technology and the ability and motivation to learn independently

  • Professional confidence, despite ambiguity

  • Excitement about solving problems

  • Strong analytic and logical decision making

  • A positive, courteous demeanor

  • An aptitude towards service

  • Openness to feedback

  • Ability to learn from experience

Some of the things our team members enjoy, include:

  • Competitive wages | The salary range is expected to start between $75,000-90,000. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
