Job description

IT Help Desk Technician
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the US, is seeking an IT Help Desk Tech to assist our corporate information technology team! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to work in our corporate office in Greenville, SC. This position supports IT-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk, email and phone.
Pay rate of $20-$22 per hour

Location: 601 East McBee Ave. Greenville, SC 29601
Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries, concerns and requests about IT issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues by using pre-established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as needed.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per center's needs.
  • Accurately process and record calls; maintain accurate and thorough records in database.
  • Follow up with centers to verify issues have been resolved. Correct any open issues.
  • Proactively provide solutions to streamline and upgrade the problem resolution process.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of multi-site help desk or call center experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic Windows 10, Office 365 Office Suite, and iOS issues.
  • Working knowledge of NVR.
  • Computer proficiency, including with online ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Relevant industry experience a plus.
