Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | In Person | Paid Training


First Coast Sales Group is expanding in Jacksonville and is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives!


In this role, you will work directly with customers through face-to-face sales and customer-service campaigns. You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching while developing practical skills in sales, communication, customer relations, and business development. Prior sales experience is not required.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in person
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs
  • Present products and services clearly and professionally
  • Develop new customer relationships and support existing accounts
  • Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborate with a supportive, goal-oriented sales team
  • Provide a positive, professional customer experience


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
