Inventory Technician

Manage warehouse stock at dispensary and fill customer orders.

Primary Function:

The Inventory Technician position is an entry-level position within the Qualla Enterprises, LLC organizational structure and is established to fulfill and manage product orders to and from the dispensary location. This position will monitor and manage warehouse space, verify incoming and outgoing orders, and ensure the accuracy of all inventory for the dispensary.

Reports to: Inventory Manager

Supervises: none

Pay Grade/FLSA Status: H7/Non-exempt

Qualifications:

ยท Must be 21 years of age or older.

ยท Must pass all required background checks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

ยท Provide excellent customer service to patrons picking up orders.

ยท Receive and dispense bulk orders from dispensary warehouse.

ยท Verify the contents of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

ยท Fill and deliver orders from warehouse inventory.

ยท Manage warehouse stock and ensure accurate inventory counts.

ยท Clean and maintain work areas as needed.

ยท Assist with audits of inventory stock as needed.

ยท Monitors inventory stock and reports any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager or management.

ยท Assist with the implementation, management, and control of a planned perpetual inventory system.

ยท Collaborate with farm employees and other staff to ensure that internal goals are met.

ยท Ensure proper disposal and reporting of unsellable stock.

ยท Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
