You'll receive hands-on training while developing expertise in plant health, irrigation management, customer communication, and commercial landscape operations.

What You'll DoAs a Landscape Health & Water Specialist, you'll serve as the plant health expert for a portfolio of commercial properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct landscape and irrigation audits to evaluate overall plant health and landscape appearance.
- Monitor irrigation systems and adjust watering schedules based on plant needs, weather conditions, and seasonal changes.
- Identify insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, irrigation concerns, and environmental stress affecting trees, shrubs, turf, and ornamental plants.
- Recommend solutions that improve plant health, irrigation efficiency, and long-term landscape performance.
- Support the successful establishment of newly installed landscapes through proactive monitoring and care.
- Communicate recommendations with Account Managers and Repair Technicians to coordinate repairs, enhancements, and customer proposals.
- Utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to proactively manage plant health.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer properties through enhancements and landscape improvements.
This role provides exposure to every aspect of commercial landscape management, including:
- Plant identification and diagnosis
- Irrigation management and water conservation
- Soil health and plant establishment
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Commercial landscape inspections
- Customer communication and relationship management
- Proposal development and problem solving

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about creating beautiful landscapes.
Qualifications include:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Turfgrass Management, or a related field.
- Internship, seasonal, or hands-on horticulture experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Comfortable learning new technology and software applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
