The Internet Sales Professionals has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.ย  Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04.ย  The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met)ย  ย WITHOUT ANY FIXED UPPER LIMITS!

Airport Marina Honda is looking for exciting, energetic, and money-motivatedย Internet Sales Professionalsย ( E-Commerce). We are a Costco and Truecar dealership withย plenty of quality leads.ย The ideal candidate would be an experienced Internet manager/salesperson, or a top notch sales person on the floor that feels they are ready for the internet and may have been looked over at their current store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
