Job Purpose

The SustainabilityIntern will be part of our Corporate HSE - Sustainability team and will gain hands-on experience in working closely with our department to support various Safety, Ergonomics, Sustainability projects and matters.

Responsibilities

  • Research: Conduct research on a wide range of topics, including corporate governance, ESG, best safety, ergonomic and sustainability practices, regulations, and other subject matters.
  • Compliance Support: Help the team with reporting, implementing of initiatives, internal audits, proposing corporate policies, procedures.
  • Documentation & Filing: Assist with preparing and organizing sustainability and HSE documents for corporate entities, government agencies, or regulatory bodies.
  • Corporate Governance: Support the legal team in maintaining corporate governance records, including board meeting minutes, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate filings.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Corporate HSE - Sustainabilityteam, including communicating with internal stakeholders, preparing presentations, and organizing files.
  • Ad hoc Projects: Assist with various legal projects and tasks as needed, depending on the company's needs and the intern's experience.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Current pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0

Abilities:

  • Strong interest in Corporate ESG, HSE, Sustainability, business, economics, global contexts, and/or regulatory matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to review and summarize documents.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn in a corporate environment.
