Overview
The Temporary Coordinator will provide internal-facing administrative and operational support to the Safety & Security department. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate and is designed to be teachable, offering hands-on experience supporting day-to-day administrative functions, data tracking, and organizational processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with invoice submission and follow-up using Concur and internal systems
  • Support data entry, tracking and data clean up in Smartsheet, Excel and other tools for reporting
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Manage inventory by counting, sorting and logging received materials, maintain organized storage records
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipping and receiving as required
  • Additional Administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ year of experience required

Required Skills
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and discretion when handling internal information
  • High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
    Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Total Rewards
Starting compensation $22.00 - $26.00/hour; 25 hours/week. MLS/SUM compensation is contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
