Position Overview
The entry level Inside Sales & Marketing Associate supports revenue generation by preparing quotes and proposals, prospecting new clients, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting TRAXโ€™s social media and brand presence.
This role helps ensure sales opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline while also supporting marketing initiatives that generate new leads. This role is hybrid with 3 days in office in Alpharetta, GA.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Proposal Coordination
  • Prepare client quotes, proposals, and pricing documents
  • Assist sales team with proposal development and follow-up
  • Maintain proposal templates and pricing documentation
  • Track sales opportunities and update CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Coordinate contracts and internal sales documentation
  • Support follow-up with prospective clients as needed

Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential new clients and target markets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Help build and maintain prospect listsย 
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos for sales team
  • Support lead follow-up and nurturing activities

Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support conference and event preparation
  • Help coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and outreach

Social Media & Brand Support
  • Support management of TRAXโ€™s social media accountsย 
  • Help create and schedule social media posts
  • Assist with content coordination including client announcements, case studies, and company updates
  • Help ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Support with blog and case study creation

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain organized sales and marketing documentation
  • Support internal reporting and pipeline tracking
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, business development, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
