The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients improve their sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow, taking ownership and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Collaborating with team members to implement customer sales and service strategies that improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Engaging in client support activities to provide guidance and support for enhancing customer engagement processes

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
