Job description

Patent & Trademark Law Firm seeks experienced intellectual property paralegal or legal administrative assistant. Candidates should have experience preparing and filing patent and trademark applications and responses with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and/or WIPO, along with docketing management experience, excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the abilities to multi-task, work independently with attention to detail, and manage time with a diverse workload. Work will involve document preparation, communication with clients, managing law office materials, handling incoming communications, and electronic filings. Hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay range of $35 to $42 per hour and/or commensurate with experience; full benefits.
