Responsibilities
  • Handle sophisticated intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patents and related IP strategy
  • Advise clients on patent prosecution, portfolio development, and enforcement strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues on IP litigation, licensing, and broader brand protection matters as needed
  • Engage directly with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on technical and legal issues
  • Contribute to matter strategy, drafting, and prosecution with a high level of autonomy
  • Support long-term client relationships through practical, business-minded legal guidance

Ideal Background
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Mid to senior level experience in intellectual property law
  • Strong experience in patent prosecution and related IP work
  • Technical background required**** including engineering, software, or life sciences!!
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients
  • Experience working with both domestic and international IP portfolios is a plus

***Portable Book is helpful but not required...Need to be comfortable with bringing in their own clients
