Concorde Battery Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join our accounting team. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions and recording accounts under the supervision of our Director of Accounting. This is a full-time position that will work on-site daily in West Covina.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Entering data into company systems to track financial transactions.
  • Journal Entries: Recording basic transactional adjustments to the company's general ledger.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Matching internal ledger balances against bank statements to resolve discrepancies.
  • Audit Preparation: Preparing documents requested by internal or external auditors.
  • System Processing: Reviewing details within ERP to ensure accuracy before records are finalized.
  • Other accounting and office related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (no experience necessary)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
