ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Entry-Level Insurance Representative with David Reyes State Farm, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance and financial services. We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, communicate well, and grow within a professional team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers with policy questions, account updates, and basic service requests.
• Build relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Learn State Farm products and agency processes through structured training.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established office procedures.
• Support the team with day-to-day operations and customer follow-up.
• Participate in training to develop insurance knowledge, customer service skills, and long-term career potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn.
