Role: Entry Level BA/QA Analyst
Location: Concord, NH
Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills (written/verbal).
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Detail oriented with strong analysis, process, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Inquisitive and driven to understand the intersection of business processes and information technology systems.
Effective in team setting or as individual contributor - Ability to participate with a team to achieve a common goal and the ability to work independently (with little oversight) to achieve a pre-defined goal.
Ability to self-motivate as well as working well with a diverse team.
Ability to multi-task and manage evolving priorities.
Ability to support multiple concurrent project responsibilities.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff with confidence when working with, reporting to, and providing/receiving guidance from team members.
High degree of comfort interacting with a computer and familiarity with MS Word/Excel/Access
Enthusiasm (High Energy) - Ability to self-motivate and push yourself to achieve desired results while maintaining a positive attitude.
Willingness and ability to 'go the extra mile' to help the larger team achieve success.
Preferred Skills

Hi-Level Responsibilities:
• Research and review program policy, business requirements, system requirements, etc. to gain an understanding of project objectives and specifications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance test plans based on specifications using scenario matrices to thoroughly test software before is released to end users.
• Identify, analyze, and document discrepancies/deviations between expected and actual results.
• Communicate system functionality issues, including discrepancies between policy and proposed changes, to functional leads and subsystem analysts, and work toward resolution of issues
• Perform peer reviews of Test Scenarios and Scripts.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university
