The Role: Entry-Level Property Adjuster

In this field-based role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our insurance partners—inspecting properties, evaluating losses, and helping guide fair and accurate claims decisions. You’ll balance on-site investigations with in-office report writing, supported by a dedicated team in our Bedford office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field inspections of residential and light commercial properties
  • Capture detailed photographs, measurements, and notes
  • Evaluate insurance coverage and prepare professional loss reports
  • Create estimates using Xactimate (we’ll provide the training)
  • Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers
  • Manage a dynamic workload of active claims
  • Travel throughout New England for site visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Comfort working on ladders, in attics, and tight spaces
  • Interest in construction, property restoration, or insurance
  • Prior experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate
