We are seeking detail-oriented, self-directed professionals to join our upcoming training class as an Insurance Rater. This is not a data entry position; it is a critical-thinking role requiring problem-solving abilities, high accuracy, and excellent communication.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will handle customer requests, navigate multiple technical systems, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Process insurance rating requests accurately while maintaining compliance and meeting production metrics.

  • Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and autonomy to resolve complex inquiries and anticipate operational needs.

  • Manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines in a cross-functional, remote, and in-office environment.

  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication across all email, phone, and team interactions.

Candidate Profile & Qualification

  • Education: Associate degree or higher preferred (not required).

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and multi-system desktop tools.
