We’re seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Rep who brings energy, confidence, and a competitive edge to our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who love setting goals, beating targets, and being recognized for their performance. No insurance or sales experience? No problem. We provide the training, development, and licensing support to help you succeed from day one.

First-year agents typically can expect to make $75,000–$85,000, with top agents earning $150,000+.

Monthly commissions average $1,500–$2,000 for new agents, with top agents earning $4,000–$4,500+.

Monthly bonus program up to $3,000: new agents typically earn around $1,500, with top agents earning $3,000.


Total monthly commission and bonus: new agents can expect $3,500–$4,000, with top agents earning $6,500–$7,000+.

Responsibilities
