  • 100% insides sales position with unlimited leads

Licensed agents preferred, but will accept those who want to launch a new career!
Not licensed? No problem, we will provide you a career path with a realistic time frame for becoming a licensed agent and a top producer. We pay all licensing costs, all commissions are uncapped, and sales leads are unlimited! The only limit is your level of motivation. You bring your phone and sales skills, we provide the rest!
Qualifications
  • Strong phone skills with a sales or call center background
  • Positive & coachable attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills - Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus, not required
  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task
  • Current Health and Life License a plus, not required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be available to work full-time
  • Our hours of operation are M-F 8am - 5pm

Additional Information
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission. First year earnings from $65k to $75k/yr average. Second year and beyond earnings $75k + all commissions are uncapped and sales leads are unlimited.
We provide a full benefit package including group health insurance, dental, 401(k), paid holiday schedule and PTO days. All Inside Sales Agents are eligible for weekly/monthly bonuses based on achievement! Fortegra is a drug free work place; drug testing and a background check are mandatory for all our positions.
