The Insurance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the insurance department, managing a team of agents or staff, driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, risk management, and operational oversight to support company objectives and profitability.
