Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Insurance Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our various insurance tracking clients, contributing to the success of our operations and ensuring compliance standards are met. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

·        Utilizing our proprietary software, CR-Certify, process certificates, endorsements, policies and other documents

·        Communicating with clients, insureds, and brokers via phone and email

·        Reviewing, analyzing, and inputting insurance data

·        Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast-paced environment

·        Collaborating within a team to meet client expectations

·        Thrive in a consistent and repetitive environment

WHAT WE ASK FOR:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess basic analytical skills
  • Ability to work within multiple software systems
  • Use deductive reasoning and problem solving
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate independently and within a team
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, assignments, and deadlines
  • A requirement of this position is to obtain within six (6) months of starting, a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance Brokers License at company expense.

  • Salary is in the range $44,000 to $48,000
