Job description

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our on-site team to manage daily inventory, processing, and logistics operations. Responsibilities include processing inventory transactions, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Hands-on training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to develop a career in supply chain management.
This position may be classified as an Inventory Associate for candidates with less than one year of relevant experience or as an Inventory Coordinator for candidates with more substantial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage core inventory workflows, including item setup, receipt processing, stock transfers, and processing-center transactions.
  • Monitor vessel and barge arrivals, record inventory receipts across multiple sites, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review damaged or nonconforming materials and document quality-control findings to support the claims process.
  • Review processing results, follow up with processing centers, and post related inventory transactions and invoices.
  • Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and provide comprehensive reports to the Supply Chain and Accounting departments.
  • Review third-party warehouse storage invoices and dispute inaccuracies or overcharges as needed.
  • Compile inventory and shipment reports to support annual inventory tax filings.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant coursework, internships, or up to two years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or related operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI or workflow-automation tools such as Claude and n8n.
  • Previous exposure to the steel or metals industry is a plus.

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
