Position: Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk – AI Trainer Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $59–$111/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Prepare and review insurance claim forms and policy documents for completeness and accuracy. Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms and internal standards. Maintain detailed claim files by attaching and organizing relevant documentation.

Transmit claims for payment or escalation following established procedures. Contact insured individuals and related parties to obtain additional required information. Provide structured feedback to AI teams to improve claims and policy-processing models.

Document real-world insurance workflows and terminology to support AI training initiatives. Requirements Strong experience in insurance claims and policy processing workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to review, analyze, and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance. Proficiency with insurance software and document management systems. Strong organizational and time management skills.
