Limited-Time Transition Incentive:

Experienced clinicians who join our Bannockburn team may qualify for a transition incentive of up to $3,000. This incentive is designed to support experienced therapists who have built strong client relationships and are seeking a new professional home while maintaining continuity of care for clients who voluntarily choose to continue services with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time)
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
Qualifications and/or Skills:
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC)
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Existing client base or referral network
  • Experience with children, couples and/or family work
  • Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems
