Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent (Training Provided)

Our McKinney office is growing, and we're looking for motivated, licensed Health and Life Insurance Agents who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and choose the right health coverage for their needs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through important financial and healthcare decisions.

  • Meet with new and existing clients (virtually and/or in person)
  • Present and explain coverage options using company-provided tools
  • Help clients select plans that fit their needs and budget
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on referrals and schedule appointments
  • Work toward personal goals with ongoing support and coaching
