We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Agent Apprentice to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving new business through lead generation, networking, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license.


  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.


  • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and basic office software.


  • Must work on-site at our Rochester office.
