      • Installation Technician Foreman - Master of Industry- ability to perform repair/maintenance/diagnostics on all equipment we service, First-Line Supervisor on the job site, and train other positions
      • Installation Technician - Competent in core installation tasks for technical Material Handling Equipment with growing proficiency in equipment diagnostics and maintenance while progressing toward advanced certifications, and with the ability to work independently on routine tasks while supporting complex jobs under a Foreman.
      • Installation Technician - Apprentice - Entry level or slightly above entry level experience in construction/installation and will be trained to obtain certifications for all equipment we install while working with Foremen to gain more experience and technical skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Promote an atmosphere of good will and accountability between the company and the customer by acting in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Communicate with the Installation Foreman to clarify job assignments when necessary.
  • Assist the Installation Foreman as they install material handling and storage equipment at customer location. Accurately use tape measure and power tools to perform installations.
  • Maintain personal tools and hardware required to effectively perform installation duties. Exhibit a "can do" attitude and look for ways to think ahead and be a valuable member of the crew.
  • Attend training meetings and seminars as provided by the company to grow and maintain safety and installation skills.
  • Assist Installation Foreman as they document each installation and provide the necessary electronic paperwork in addition to Safety and inspection documentation of equipment and Safety Pre-Task Plans.
  • Observe all safety procedures
  • Assist in maintaining the warehouse and inventory organization and cleanliness.
  • Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, where required for access to customer sites including municipal, government, and defense-related facilities.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record, verified through periodic Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug testing in accordance with company policy.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment occupational physical test.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally, as well as climbing, reaching, bending, and working in various physical positions throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts, weekends, over-night, Out of town work occasionally, holidays, and on-call assignments as business needs require.
  • Ability to work independently with supervision, maintaining productivity and quality standards set by company expectations.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work assigned shifts.
  • Basic proficiency in using mobile technology and software applications for time tracking, job documentation, and communication.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:
  • Previous Installation experience in other industries is a plus.
  • Welding, electrical diagnostic, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance experience a plus.
