Up Closets of Collin County, a leading provider of custom closet solutions, is seeking a closet installer assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.
Compensation & Equipment Support:
  • $15-$20 per hour
  • Project onboarding support provided
  • Training sessions available to support work quality
  • Paid per hour/project as a 1099 contractor or W2 employee
  • Flexible scheduling per project. Hours determined by project scope and timing
  • Tools, uniforms, vehicle, and equipment provided for project completion

Availability: Project-based with growing availability
Job Requirements:
  • Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
