Job description

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. No prior machine operating experience is required; training will be provided. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing and production.


SCHEDULES AVAILABLE :

5AM-5PM

5PM-5AM


The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to learn machine operations and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
