Job Description
As an Office Engineer, you'll play a key role supporting the Gwinnett County SPLOST Program Management team. This role helps keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward by providing essential coordination and administrative engineering support to field and program staff. Your work directly contributes to safe, well-managed infrastructure projects that improve daily life in the community.

Core Responsibilities
  • Track and distribute shop drawing and project submittals accurately and on time
  • Prepare and process contractor payment applications and related documentation
  • Support bid document preparation and project closeout activities
  • Coordinate project plan transmittals and maintain organized project files
  • Review and track consultant testing firm invoices and supporting materials
  • Assist with federal and program-specific paperwork tracking and compliance
