As part of our Client Support team, you will support our internal users across different departments by providing IT assistance and ensuring a smooth daily operation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for hardware and software issues, mainly in 1st and 2nd level support, via remote support or on site
  • Support troubleshooting and assist in resolving IT issues under guidance from senior colleagues
  • Help monitor and maintain IT systems in a Microsoft client environment
  • Assist in IT projects such as software rollouts, hardware setup, and migrations
  • Contribute to documentation and user guides, and support basic user training sessions
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues across different locations
Qualifications
  • Completed training in IT, currently studying IT, or first experience in IT support
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and common office applications
