We are seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an IT specialist role, but it is not entry-level.

You will work the same ticket queues and support requests as the rest of the team, with an expectation of strong technical judgment, clear communication, and ownership from start to finish. This role is for someone who follows issues through to resolution, proactively identifies improvements, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including:

  • An experienced IT Support Technician (Tier II or Tier III), or
  • A strong Tier I / Tier II technician with broader exposure and a more strategic, problem-solving mindset

End-User Support

  • Respond to help desk tickets 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including complex problems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow through to resolution
  • Keep users and management informed on ticket status


Hardware & Equipment

  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for new hires
  • Perform basic hardware repairs (RAM, hard drives, peripherals)
  • Unbox, inventory, and asset-tag incoming equipment
  • Manage client intake forms, offboarding formas

Device & Account Management

  • Onboard devices using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID (password resets, unlocks, group membership)
  • Support Exchange/M365 environments, MDM/Intune, enrollment and policy management as well as basic tasks like shared mailboxes and distribution lists
  • Support clients in Cisco Meraki environment

Documentation

  • Keep knowledge base articles and SOPs accurate and up to date
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements


Ideal Candidate Traits

  • 2 + years of experience in and MSP IT support, help desk, or a related role 
  • Comfortable with Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) minimal MAC OS
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID and user account management
  • Familiarity with Intune, Entra, Autopilot, Jamf, Server OS, Cisso /Cisco Meraki, RMM and MDR Tools
  • Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting hardware, VPN, Virtual machines, etc.
  • Ambitious and driven to grow professionally
  • Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills
