We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a combined human resources and payroll support role. IN BATON ROUGE OFFICE

Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee updates
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and system setup
  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
