  • Develop personalized recommendations based on each client's needs and objectives
  • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and reviews
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and company-supported lead generation systems

Compensation may include personal commissions, renewal and residual income opportunities where applicable, performance-based bonuses, leadership compensation, and additional incentives based on qualification and production.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual activity, production, and performance.

  • Interested in retirement planning, insurance, financial services, or wealth protection
  • Willing to prospect, network, follow up with leads, and develop new client relationships

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be able to pass applicable background screening requirements
  • Must be willing to obtain the required state insurance producer license within the designated timeframe
  • Must complete required training and carrier appointment requirements before conducting regulated insurance activities
