About the Role
STORZ MEDICAL America is the U.S. distributor for STORZ MEDICAL AG — The Shock Wave Company — a global leader in lithotripsy and shockwave therapy technology. We're looking for an entry-level Service Engineer I tojoin our team in Kennesaw, GA, repairing and testing the advanced shockwave therapy systems used by healthcare providers across the country.
This is a strong fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Mechatronics, Electronics Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology (BMET), Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Systems, or arelated technical field. No medical device experience is required — we provide comprehensive product and repair training.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair electromechanical medical devices
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Replace components and assemblies
  • Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Document repairs and testing results, and maintain repair records per quality procedures
  • Assist Technical Support with troubleshooting when needed
  • Help improve repair processes and product quality
What We're Looking ForRequired
