About the Role

As an Industrial Engineer (Methods Process Analyst), you will play a critical role in stabilizing and improving complex production systems within one of the most dynamic industries in the world—aviation. Your work will directly influence efficiency, safety, quality, and cost optimization across large-scale manufacturing operations.

Job Type: Full time; Consultant ( 6 months)
Locations: Located across multiple Washington State sites (Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, and Puyallup)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Shifts: 1st 7AM -3:30PM
Pay Rate: $34.86 to $41.87 per hour


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be at the heart of production operations, helping teams achieve stability and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Observing and documenting manufacturing processes to establish accurate time standards

  • Analyzing production performance against daily schedules and operational targets

  • Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using lean methodologies

  • Supporting production sequencing and resource alignment for optimal workflow

  • Conducting root cause analysis on quality defects and implementing corrective actions

  • Reducing safety and ergonomic risks in manufacturing environments

  • Developing visual performance metrics and reporting tools

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production teams

  • Assisting in disruption recovery planning using capacity and constraint analysis

  • Driving initiatives that reduce non-value-added work and improve cost and production flow


What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments

  • Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles

  • Skilled in capacity planning, resource utilization, and logistics

  • Experience developing and implementing standard processes

  • Strong structured problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $34.86 to $41.87 per hour
