Job Title: Tire Builder (Entry-Level - Paid Training & Certification Included)
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: $16-$18/hour (based on experience) + overtime (55-60 hours/week typical)

Position Overview We are hiring Tire Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment. No prior experience is required-we provide full training and even include forklift certification as part of your development.
What You'll Do
  • Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Learn and follow structured build processes
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
    • Operating presses
    • Injection processes
    • Material handling
    • Quality control

What We're Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • No experience required-training provided

Preferred / Evaluated Skills
  • Mill machine operation
  • Cutting and banding
  • Understanding of temperature and friction controls
  • Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) experience (prior experience will be evaluated)
