The Role
The Analyst Social Media position is entry-level. In this position, you will learn about account and media responsibilities. Your primary focus will be paid social, and you will work with the team to help understand consumer intent and identify the best approach to capturing it for our clients. This team member will also learn media concepts and develop best practices for campaign set-up, management, and reporting. The ability to work as part of a team is crucial, as is a sense of innate curiosity, attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
Requirements:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing campaigns
  • Identify top-performing ad copy to inform new creative
  • Review social trends and craft insights for clients
  • Ensure reporting is pulled accurately
  • Monitor campaign pacing toward goals
  • Provide support in campaign budget management and optimizations
  • Provide updates for deliverables & re-prioritize tasks as needed
  • QA implementation for new campaigns, as well as ad copy rotations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to the Supervisor
  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 certification is a plus

Yearly Salary - $48,000
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
