Jim Myers State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, dependable, and coachable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in insurance but may not have extensive industry experience yet. You will work alongside our team of experienced licensed customer service professionals who will help train and guide you as you learn the business.


We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, willing to be coached, and committed to providing excellent service to our customers.


No extensive insurance experience is required we are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.



What You'll Do


  • Assist our experienced licensed customer service representatives with day-to-day customer service needs.
  • Help customers with questions regarding their insurance policies and coverage.
  • Learn how to handle customer requests, policy changes, payments, and other service needs.
  • Assist with processing and maintaining customer information and policy records.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to new and existing State Farm customers.
  • Learn about Property & Casualty insurance products and agency procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional insurance needs as you gain experience.
  • Follow established processes while developing your insurance knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work closely with experienced team members and management to develop your skills.

  • Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain one.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
