What You'll Do
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll play an important role in supporting both the sales and service needs of our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Prospect new clients through community involvement, referrals, and networking (no cold calling required!)
  • Assist with policy reviews, renewals, and account servicing.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Support customer retention through exceptional service and communication.
  • Help clients navigate policy questions, coverage changes, and claims-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Work closely with Patrick and Christine to continue growing the agency and serving the community.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
    • Licensing support may be provided for the right person with the right drive and integrity.
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or other relationship-building experience is valuable.
