  • You’re looking for a place to start your career after you recently graduated with your BS in Accounting and a 3.0 (or higher!) GPA. Since this is an entry-level position with an established (and extensive) training program, the Entry Level Staff Accountant role is an ideal opportunity to progress from coursework to a real-world accounting environment with the support of top Directors.
  • You’re known for taking initiative and looking for new opportunities, and you love working with clients. This position is the first step on a path that will lead you to positions with increasing responsibility and involvement with numerous clients, all of whom will grow to rely on you for their businesses’ financial stability and growth.

What You Will Do

  • You will be relied on (internally and by your clients) to prepare: financial statements; general ledger entries; and payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements, and reconciling accounts.
  • You will analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, which you can then verify for accuracy. Further, you can develop and implement new accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes that benefit our clients.
  • You will develop professionally by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

  • To fast-track acclimation to this role and our clientele, this role will be in-office for the first 180 days. Following this, a hybrid work schedule (2 days’ Work From Home / WFH) can be started.
