Position Title: Entry-Level Steel Ironworker Location: Rochester, NY Reports to: Field Foreman and Project Manager assigned to the specific project being erected Compensation: $23 - $27 per hour, with opportunities for annual reviews and increases Company Overview: Ramar Steel is a family-owned company and a trusted partner for general contractors, construction managers, and developers throughout Western NY. We are dedicated to providing superior quality in steel design, fabrication, and erection. We seek motivated, team-oriented individuals who are excited to grow within our close-knit company and contribute to our culture of excellence and safety.

Basic Function: As an Entry-Level Steel Ironworker at Ramar Steel, you will be trained to assist in the erection of steel frameworks for commercial construction projects. Under the guidance of more experienced ironworkers and supervisors, your role will focus on supporting the safe and efficient completion of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
