Job Title: IBM BAW Developer (Production Support Focus)
Job Summary:
Looking for an IBM BAW Developer with strong experience in production support and workflow development. The role involves maintaining business-critical applications, resolving production issues, and contributing to workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support (70%):
  • Monitor and support IBM BAW applications in production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues
  • Handle service requests, bug fixes, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Work with business/users for issue clarification and resolution
  • Ensure SLA adherence and system stability
  • Perform deployments, patching, and environment support
Development (30%):
  • Design, develop, and enhance workflows using IBM BAW
  • Work on process models, services, coaches, and integrations
  • Implement minor enhancements and change requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new features
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in IBM BAW / BPM (Business Process Manager)
