About the Role:

We’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City. This is a high-impact sales role focused on building and managing customer relationships, promoting HVAC service solutions, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with proven service sales experience—HVAC or other industries—will thrive in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts by selling HVAC service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
